Exam registration is a very important thing for every student, who wants to appear for Goethe Institut/ Max Mueller Bhavan exam, New Delhi and to get a German language certificate for further studies in Germany or spouse visa or for any other purpose.
But at the same time, filling out the exam registration form online could be very confusing for some students. In this blog we will discuss, how can you fill Goethe Institut / Max Mueller Bhavan, New Delhi exam, without any hassle, in a systematic manner.
Step 1: Know the important dates
You must know 3 important dates before you should register yourself for the Goethe Institut Exam.

Kindly click here to know the current exam dates in Goethe Institut, New Delhi. After the registration, you need to submit exam fees in the form of Demand Draft and send it to Goethe Institut, New Delhi. You can also pay via debit card or credit card in the institute.
Step 2: Fill the online exam registration form
Click here to open the online registration form on the registration day at the registration time. The form will not be opened before that. Even if it gets opened, any registration done before the mentioned registration time will be considered invalid Here is the information, you need to keep ready before filling the online registration form.

The Online registration form will look like this:
Fill all the mandatory (with * symbol) information in the registration form and click on next. You will be asked to verify your entered information. Read it carefully and click on Submit. You have been registered now. You will receive a mail from Goethe Institut, New Delhi containing registration number.
Important Terminologies while filling exam form:
SD 1 : Start Deutsch 1 or A1
SD 2: Start Deutsch 2 or A2
B1 gesamt: B1 all modules (hören, sprechen, lesen, schreiben)
B1 hören: only B1 listening
B1 lesen: only B1 reading
B1 schreiben: only B1 writing
B1 sprechen: only B1 speaking
Step 2: Make Demand Draft for Exam fees or pay with debit/credit card in GI, Delhi.
You can pay exam fees with debit/credit card in Goethe Institut, Delhi or you can also pay via demand draft. Go to any bank and make a demand draft of exam fees. Exam fees for external students (w.e.f. 01.01.2020) are as follow:
A1: Rs 7000
A2: Rs 7000
B1: Rs 11500 or Rs 3800 per Module
B2: Rs 11500 or Rs 3800 per Module
C1: Rs 11500
C2: Rs 12500 or Rs 4800 per Module
Draft should be in the favor of: MAX MUELLER BHAVAN
Payable at: NEW DELHI

Draft should be in printed form. Hand written or over written drafts will not be accepted.
Check the current examination fees before making the Demand Draft.
Do mention your Name + Registration number on the back-side of the Demand Draft with a pencil.
